Terms and Conditions
On receipt of your booking request and deposit we will reserve your fishing holiday and your booking is accepted for all people travelling when we send you our written confirmation.
Your completed booking must cover all people and must include a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person as a part payment towards your trip. The person signing the booking form confirms they are responsible for the booking and for ensuring all others in the party have read and understood the terms.
The balance of the trip must be paid no later than 10 weeks before departure or as we may otherwise require and if you book within 10 weeks of departure you must pay the total cost of your trip at the time of booking. If we do not receive full payment in accordance with these requirements we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and you will forfeit your deposit made and be subject to a cancellation charge as though there had been a cancellation.
In the event you cancel your confirmed booking confirmed in writing from the person who signed the booking form the following cancellation charges will apply:
- 2 or more months - deposit
- 1-2 months - half of the total cost
- 1 month or less - the total cost
All passport, visa and health certificate requirements are your responsibility and we can accept no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred if any of your documents are not in order. British passport holders are advised that they should hold a full 10 year British passport with at least 3 months unexpired term beyond the travel date. Non British passport holders should check at their consulate for French visa requirements.
Clients are required to have an appropriate Travel/Holiday Insurance Policy in force for the period of the holiday and customers MUST specify details of an appropriate policy giving the necessary cover for all members of the group booked.
The holiday is for the persons shown on the booking form only.
No pets are allowed.
We reserve the right immediately to terminate the trip services if we or any other appropriate person in authority judge your behaviour to be likely to cause discomfort or harm to our other clients or any other person or property. If because of such behaviour you are prevented by our carrier from travelling, our contractual obligations under these conditions will terminate immediately. In either case any appropriate cancellation fee will apply and we will not be liable to you for any refund or compensation or any costs or damage which you may incur.
We will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following:- strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, closure of ports, weather conditions or any other event(s) beyond our control.
The booking form and these terms form the contract between us which is subject to British Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Courts.
